Good customer service. Not happy with the quality of the snapper, it tasted below average and the burger patty was burnt.
Food is as good as I remember! Batter is crispy, thinner & different to the norm. Hadn't been there in at least 6 years! It took quite a while to get my friend's order though.
This was the best Hood hamburgers with the previous owners as they made their own tasty patties. New owners are warm n friendly, nice to see a Hangi option in the area Parking: Decent parking spaces out front n across the road
Love their Polynesian umu/hangi and the fish n chips is just awesome Food: 4/5
Hangis are better than your nana makes and the lady is nicer too don't @ me.
Lately burned and yuck 3 times given burned hungi pork burned and when questioned they say oh everyone likes it like that I don't know how it's burned can be quite rude left lids off milkshakes as they were not put on properly very disappointing yuck unsatisfactory won't be going back
They've changed the burgers after so many years, very disappointing. The patty is tiny.
The lady and her husband who run this is very friendly. They always use fresh oil and their hand hygiene is excellent. The chips here are fabulous and when we order them, it’s the crispy ones that are sought after. The burgers are awesome too.
Shocking experience for the second time. Missing food off the order, for the second time in a row, and no useful assistance to remedying this. The previous owners were wonderful, but now I would not recommend them at all
The burgers are now a lot thinner than they were, and sub par. It’s a shame when places change their menus for the worse.
