Small food truck with really good and fast serving Mexican food. For the price, it can’t get any better. The food is tasty, healthy and well made. Friendly and polite customer service. Highly recommended if you are out at the Preston market and need a quick bite.

Cute Mexican food truck at Preston markets. Loads of hungry people waiting for their serve. Looking around the corn seems to be a clear favourite, it's on every table! Sadly, I was a bit underwhelmed with my vegetarian tacos added extra cheese and guac - I had high hopes but it felt a bit bland for a Mexican meal. I tried adding their green chilli sauce but that didn't help much. It's definitely a kid friendly place, and for people that don't like their food too punchy this would be a perfect place! I'd be happy to try again - might be the fact it's a food truck and a very busy time of day!

Dull and dry. My partner and I both agreed. Worst tacos we have ever had. I can make better tacos from the supermarket packet. Definitely not proper Mexican food. Having traveled through Mexico for 2 months, this is not even close. The chicken was not fresh. The guacamole tasted like it came from a packet. Not fresh
Corntopia Taco Van was unfortunately rather disappointing, the Tacos are really bland, they lack both ingredients and flavour, the ingredients in the Beef Taco was literally just mince meat that tasted like it had super market Mexican Spice sachet added to it with Lettuce and a little bit of Sour Cream, Guacamole and Cheese are both 50 Cents extra on each Taco unfortunately I don't recommend Corntopia Taco Van.
I grabbed Nachos with Chicken. Super friendly Staff, cooked fresh and super tasty.
We tried the delicious bean tacos and chicken burrito bowl in Preston today! It was delicious. Add the chilli sauce, it takes it to the next level, thank you.
Location is great, very convenient, close to train station,bus stop,lots of parkings near by. An aussie young guy was very friendly. I ordered a burrito with fishbasa fillet, half rice and beans, no sour cream. It was very quick, well priced, great quality, tasty and fresh. Quantity/portion was just right for me. I would be very very full if it was normal portion/size. It is great for quick bite/snack. They accept card and cash.I will come back and try something else next time. Highly recommend.
