A lovely old stationnVending machines for drinks and snacks are available in the waiting room as are the toilets and seating area.nUsed to have a great little kiosk that served hot food,coffee and all kinds of delicious food and drinks.nIt was such a popular shop and such a shame that it was closed down.

USB ports available at about half of the seats in the inside waiting room, godsend.nNo longer has a cafe, however there’s vending machines, and it’s about a 10 min walk to the main road of town where there’s some shops etcnnHonestly not terrible
Cootamundra might be one of the nicest stations I’ve ever been to in NSW, i went in December of 2021 & it was amazing, so clean & fresh.nnAlthough if you are there in the evening it is quite dark as the lights turn on when its pitch black “they may have fixed this but I’m not sure”nnAlso if you are interested in trains, freights go quite fast past the station and blare the horn for the level crossing to the south of the station.
