We dropped our Notebook off late last week getting it back the same day - we were very happy with the cost and the service - we found Dean to be very personable recommending him for your computer problems - Thanks again Dean for helping us.

Great service, found my problem in less than 15 minutes and started to repair once i had given approval. I would recommend to all.

Very busy small business with very little costumer service. They need to employ more people so they can look after the customers. One young man seems to be doing everything and he is way too busy. I took my PC in for repair. Told me that they will look at my PC and call me back, didn't happen. I called them and asked about my PC, they said we will check it and call you back. again they forgot. The next day they told me that the PC was ready, when I got there the DVD drive was not working, non of the USB outlets were working. The system was not even tested/ checked before they tell me its ready. The new case was missing a side cover. Charged me $365. Not happy!
