Cookie Time's first retail store is now open in Queenstown!
Come and visit us at 18 Camp Street for mind-blowing hot cookies, cold milk and hot chocolate! The shop is a total brand experience with a life size Cookie Muncher (squeeze his tummy and see what happens!), interactive touch screens, as well as a great range of Cookies!

It's awesome that they have their own store. Shakes and cookie dough are really tasty and you can send cookies anywhere in the world for $12.50!

Went back at an off time and had only a 5 min wait. The cookies were delicious and stayed moist until the next day, but not spectacular. Maybe if we'd gotten an extravagant shake or sundae we would've been wowed. When there is a line out the door, the 3rd FOH employee needs to be helping customers not going through delivery boxes!

Stopped by a few times to get cookies. One trip I had the milk and cookies which had a bottle that you could take home. The milk was flavoured so it was tasty. They also had shakes and other goodies including a special looking hot chocolate. Nice place to stop by for a sugar hit. We also had a birthday cookie for take away which was interesting and tasty. They also had a claw machine where you can get the cookie monster.

Staff were friendly. We ordered x2 cookie shot and x3 hot cookies. The cookie shot was great. However, the cookies gave off a strong fishy scent. My partner and I ignored this and just decided to munch them. 15 minutes later, my partner felt sick. It was an unpleasant experience for us.
