Looking for whom else has been mess around with cooke realestate in rental markets - how many people have moved on to other rental companies and cooke has all of a sudden lost there rental history - julie cooke - how come you can loose files when there is proof from centrepay and bondloans and all of a sudden u can cover my rental history up with no one staying in that property under my name . how bout money going missing ,   how bout  altering your book work and files and all the decrepencies in paper work - lots of staff change overs and cover ups should we get into that - or a certain court case .... ??? staff taking money , how bout fraud going on ....??? rockhampton small town it talks , owing money to business people and not paying ...... taking people bonds , deleting records worst realstate out  you wanna go here good luck cross your ts and take photo proff of everything .... they are very dodgey

I don't know what happens at their office in rockhampton but they seem to have a lack of communication between themselves, and work ethics appear to be low.
I have been told things would be done regarding communication and paperwork but it seems to get lost, they send emails but don't know anything about them when asked, I have never had a fire alarm check the whole time I've lived here (2 years) so safety is not a concern clearly, I can't tell you how many property managers I have had these past two years but I have the old and new one contacting me regarding  my lease and inspections?? I would not recommend them at this time and regret going through them for a rental property.
If I had of listened to the community's opinion of them when I first said I was looking at a property through them I shoulder not need here right now.
It's moving time!

Almost impossible to get hold of. Always taking money  when it has not been authorized & when asked to put the money back I had to chase it for a week.  I have to chase up for people to fix damages.

Have to be the worst Realestate agency I have ever dealt with, it has cost us months of lost rent due to lies and they are virtually uncontactable, if anyone in the yeppoon area is looking for a rental manager then keep looking, don't dare even ring Cooke property, you will regret it
