When renting off this real estate everything is done easily, after being with another real estate nothing was being fixed and within the first week of them taking the property over everything I needed maintenance on was done. Great communication, professional and lovely staff. Also look after you as a tenant and ensure they can do everything possible to help. Big thumbs up for supporting local small businesses in regards to cleaning, maintenance, carpet cleaning, pest control etc. Makes a great difference in the community.

Lance and the team are great to communicate with. Offered the kids a colouring in's when we were in the office. They go above an beyond.

Always polite and respectful to me as a tenant. Helped me out of a bad situation and have looked after me since. I hope this continues now they're part of the First National chain. Sometimes these big real estate franchises are too big for their boots

Best on the planet, best on the galaxy. So helpful and polite.

Not to be trusted entered rental property and remove personal item of tenants. Very rude and aggressive and arrogant. Beware unless you are a buyer as not respect for tenants and the their rights.

Give you five stars for being local. But 1 star for effort in getting back to a potential buyer.
