Very professional job, lowest quoted price. Estimator visited and quoted quickly, installation booked within a week by friendly office staff, installation team polite, quick and accurate. All of my requests were never too much trouble, and the clean up afterwards was appreciated. Highly recommended.

Since the job was completed I have found 3 defects, which included:
Missing downward spout from gutter- rain spewing out onto the ground.
Not enough facia cover was ordered so they painted about a foot of my old one.
Now my new gutters are leaking from a light drizzle of rain.
I have made contact numerous times to have this resolved.
The guys came back out about a month later and fixed the spout in a cream colour( my gutters and facias are green)
When asked about the painted facia the plumber said " it doesn't stop the rain, it's not important".
I may be shooting myself in the foot here, complaining about the work until the problems are fixed but these defects need to be taken seriously.
