Highly recommend not using them their storage fees are appallingly high the communication sloppy at the time of dealing with them there phone lines dont even work.  Seek out some one else.

Console Alliance has been fantastic, updating me as soon as something changes, replying to email very quickly... i wanted to thank Anita and Zee for their help, extremely helpful, i recommend Consol Alliance for sure and would use them again.

May be one of the dodgiest freight companies getting around. They seem to have nice little backdoor deals with Chinese shipping companies and then hit local Aus companies with huge freight costs on arrival. Of course they try to blame others but the fact is they are lining their pockets being the Aus agents for Chinese shippers.

Consol Alliance has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very proactive and customer service based. Would recommend to others

I agree with Troy, basically extorted $740 to pick up my goods. One box only!!!
