I had a wonderful experience with the team at Arthur Conias. I had initial contact with Stephanie after seeing a listing online. She went above and beyond in helping us make it our first rental. She was also very generous in offering her assistance with future rentals. Manuela was also excellent in assisting us throughout this process.  I would highly recommend after having such a positive and seamless experience

Arthur Conias Real Estate has helped me endlessly since I moved to the country, they helped me find a place that suited my necessities and they’ve always been attentive. That’s the reason when my lease contract expired I decided to apply for a new home with them and they were very helpful once again Manuela has been my property manager and always has time for a chat or hear any issues that might happen. Same with Stephanie, being head of department still she manages to find time for me whenever I need something. Great team and lovely people Highly recommend!

I have been renting a property from Arthur Conias under Manuela's management for the past year and a half, she has been an excellent property manager. Whenever I have a maintenance issue or question, Manuela is always quick to respond and takes care of the problem promptly. I appreciate how she manages my unit. Manuela's polite and respectful manner is another aspect that I appreciate. She is always friendly and approachable, which makes it easy for me to discuss any concerns I may have. Her excellent communication skills and professionalism make me feel confident that my needs as a tenant are being taken care of.

We are Happy with the Outcome! Javier is a great communicator and thoughtful. He kept us well-informed throughout the selling process of our family home. He was contactable at any time during the campaign and always provided good solutions. We are happy with the outcome.

Giving a generous 2 stars. Bought a house through them when the market was hot early last year. They answered their phones and the communication was good with that experience. However, I decided to try to sell with them when the market was not so great and they dropped the ball. We had so many open homes and private viewings and they just couldn’t sell it despite my willingness to drop the price significantly. Their excuse was “the market is just weird right now” even though other homes in The Gap were selling with other agents. Wasted so much of my time. My main issue was lack of feedback. They showed my home so many times and gave no feedback or suggestions. I ended up hiring another realtor who sold my home in a reasonable time frame and made some helpful suggestions. Overall, this company can sell homes when it’s a sellers market but not a buyers.

I’ve had such an easy experience with Arthur Conias Real Estate. My Property Manager Manuela has been honest from the beginning, and has always dealt with any issues I’ve had quickly. If Manuela was ever unavailable, Stephanie went above and beyond to answer my questions and fix any problems. This is definitely the best experience I’ve had with an agency!

Professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Jonathan was very easy to deal with and got the price I wanted. There are a number of aspects to look for in a good agent and one of the most important is feedback. I particularly appreciated that he maintained good communications throughout the process. His tips were useful and assisted in presenting the home in the best possible light. I would have no hesitation in choosing Jonathan again.

Exceptional agent and human being! Amanda was the agent we purchased our house from and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone selling their home. She was was so knowledgeable about the whole process and even picked up on several errors made by our conveyancer to the point that we felt we should have paid her instead! But on top of that, Amanda is a really kind, decent person who is extremely understanding and knew exactly what to say to help us get through an exceptionally stressful and complicated settlement due to problems at our end not hers. She was respectful and professional but also unfailingly pleasant and kind. I’m sure Amanda’s delightful personality and infectious laugh as well as the non-pressurised but attentive and super helpful way she showed us around the house was at least part of the reason we ended up buying it!

As the owner of a rental property, I can confidently say that Arthur Conias Real Estate exceeded my expectations. Steph and the team provided excellent service throughout the leasing process. Had nightmare experience renting from this group. Seems like they were churning through staff as we had a different property manager ever month or two. They lost ALOT of our paperwork and went back on advice that they'd given us regarding changing tenants on the lease. Ended up having to go to the RTA and QCAT. If you're renting, really try to avoid any properties managed by them. Save yourself the pain we went through at their hand.
