Great service, staff is very helpful, friendly. Awesome communications as to progress. Clear explanations were offered  to  me, so I was able to make well informed decessions in regards to which  services to go for. Also very happy with the reasonable service fees.

Took a week to not be able to diagnose a hardware vs software issue, couldnt tell me more than i already knew and didn't have basic spare hardware to test...they also took way too long to not be able to verify a problem, very strange. Seems they are best equipped to deal with old people laptop won't turn on type problems, which is fair enough in this town

We had issues with a forgotten password to a laptop that had all the household information stored in it and the team at Computer Freeks was so helpful. The contactless service at the front counter was awesome and within 10 minutes of walking out the door I had an email with all the details I needed to know about the work they would do. They kept contact through the time they had our laptop and worked quickly to an excellent outcome! Thanks guys :

Take your business somewhere else. They quoted me $475 on a repair which was reasonable and said it would take a couple months to get it and said they had already ordered the part. Then a month or so later they asked me to bring my computer in to confirm the correct part to order which they supposedly already ordered then they call me in another month when the repairs should have been completed to tell me that they haven't ordered the part, they need to switch their supplier and thay I need to pay $700 something instead. Just take your business to Auckland or Hamilton it will be worth the drive. Oh and to say sorry they offered me $10 extra when giving my money back, but the amount they gave back was actually only a couple dollars more than they owed me. Thanks for nothing guys

My computer would let me put my password in due to a security glitch and Computer freeks we awesome the price was very reasonable for what they did very happy

Had new computer and change to Windows 10 with other issues but after 3 hours Currin sorted things out and made 2 more house visits.  I highly recommend his service as a computer mechanic and a very nice man as well.

After having tried to get details off my damaged by to other technicians Computer Greeks, Whitianga succeeded. Thanks Currin
