Doctors and staff are always super friendly, but in the past I've had to wait a while to be seen. It has since changed dramatically! The staff and doctors are all still as friendly, if not more so, but the wait time is minimal and it's such a change! I strongly recommend this clinic! I'm delighted to have a changed opinion!

Made an appointment for 1 just to get a medical certificate signed and dat in the waiting room for an hour and a half with no communication from any receptionist or anyone for that matter. What makes it worse is that it happens every time I go for an appointment here. They have no sense of time management and I have been late for so many other things that I will not be coming here any more under any circumstances
