I have had the most amazing dating scan with capita radiology when I was 6 weeks pregnant. The receptionist and the radiology was amazing. But I had my worst 12 weeks ultrasound today. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. But the radiologist was not nice at all. I was having a abnormal pain because of she was pushing so much my belly. It was painfully. Also didn't get enough information about my baby or what is the heart rate or whether baby is doing fine until I asked. She was quite moody and rude not friendly at all. I expected so much today because it's my first baby. Also I asked her weather I can get Small ultrasound picture other than a big Xray. She said she will give but I got nothing. Even I asked her can I video the scan because of my husband couldn't come with me. She didn't help me at all. Definitely not coming back.

Given wrong instructions for renal US scan to drink liquid 30 mins before scan. Sonographer pretty abrupt pointing out I should have had 1 litre water 1 hour priorm Sonographer admitted wrong instructions given. Then the MRI was horrendous. Small 1.5 machine used for a 100 kgs 183 cm man. Barely fitted in. Queried prior if contrast dye injection required advised doctor would say but never saw doctor. Then 1 hour after leaving receved call from them saying the radiologist couldnt see everything, so I needed to return and have another MRI with dye. I refused to on the basis they should have done their due diligence with me beforehand and scoped the possibility gievn the condition. I have come away with significant loss of hearing and increased tinnitus due to the noise of the MRI which exceeds safe noise levels despite their scungey ear muffs. Capital Radiology is all about maximising numbers of patients and making money. The pressure on the employees is obvious to get as many patients per day per hour. I will never go to Capital Radiolohy ever again. I will tell everyone the same. Capital Radiology is a licence to print money at the expense of patieent care and customer service.

Both the receptionist and the radiologist were friendly and professional, it was a very a very pleasant visit

The worst radilogist i have ever come across. I went to get my ultrasound done and she was so rude, made me so uncomfortable doing the internal ultrasound. Never will be going back to this clinic.
