Really poor and rude service, expensive box of chocolates just thrown in a bag. Assistant need some training on meeting customer service expectations. Not good enough Koko Black. Chadstone store is much better, I’ll go there from now on

A nice chocolatier in South Yarra... I tried their chocolate and it was so good...I had the chocolate affogato and I liked it too

Amazing chocolate, bad coffee.  Seriously good but expensive chocolate. Great service too, however the coffees on the other hand were both burnt and bitter, unfortunately so bitter we couldn't finish them.

Experience for the system delaying our order the setting was great the drinks where perfect

The chocolate is really not great - it's gritty and cheap tasting. The higher-end blocks in supermarkets are better than this, and half the price.

Without  a doubt Melbournes best chocolates...and always very friendly and helpful  service at this establishment...

Nice place lovely decor and position. Staff were fine.
