Swim magic is a good place to host a birthday party. My kid and her friends had so much fun. They got to play with the bouncy castle in the swimming pool, swim in the pools. They can cater the foods and fun activities at the same time. No need to fuss about organizing a birthday party.
This gym has all the facilities you could ask for at a reasonable price on a flexible contract. They do have quite strict health and safety rules or at least they are one of the few gyms that actually enforces them when it comes to lifting without shoes on so if you like lifting barefoot this probably isn’t the gym for you. Also if you attend the gym during hours when they have classes don’t expect to have any access to the squat racks, assault bikes and sleds. Other than that the gyms pretty good and you can get past those minor issues to be perfectly fair. I’ve been a member on and off here for a year and I’d recommend it to others. The staff are friendly and I do agree with the comment below about music being average but you can’t please everyone.
This is one of the best swimming schools that you may find in whole Auckland. Professional and friendly instructors and staffs, safe and tidy environment, convenient and flexible hours, Reasonable prices...super happy with their serives
My favourite gym and pool in Auckland so far. Super friendly and helpful staff, always clean facilities and equipment. Pool instructors are professional and just lovely. The membership price is more than only worth it for the services you get. I spend most of the time in the power house, and I love it. People are friendly and mindful, Olympic bars and weights are all in excellent condition, and there's enough space for both individuals and groups training.
Nice big facility with plenty of equipment and a good selection of classes.

Awesome gym. As an adult I have been learning swimming here for over 2 years now. It’s got great support staff who are very patient, encouraging and supportive. I have made tremendous improvement in my swimming in the two years. Highly recommended.
Awesome place to teach your child to swim. Professional trainers who love children and do their work perfectly well. Great coffee at reception and a good selection of swim gear in the shop. Parking can be an issue in the morning on weekends though.
