Generally, most of the staff are friendly, but there are serious issues in Management. I suspect misappropriation of monies and an almost impenetrable “boys club” mentality. Signed a 6 month lease with Erin House that was supposed to be supported with fortnightly visits and counselling, not one attempt was made by this organisation to honour this arrangement. This organisation advertises itself as a way for women and children to rebuild their lives, but, their definition of support is to fail to follow through on promises and contracts. It’s almost laughable and even offensive to women and children, especially Indigenous woman, the portrayal of help and services on their Facebook page is shocking. One staff member won’t even show her face. No attempt has been made to suppprt my daughter, not one. This organisation should be ashamed of their broken promises and failure to deliver services. It begs the question of where does the funding go, because it isn’t being used to support women and children in crisis.
The coordinator for our units is very nice,Kay Archer and is very helpful as well,am without my car at the moment and she has offered to help me, very helpful to me
