Small branch and often very busy so service is usually pretty slow. Update: these guys are pretty much useless. I just tried to withdraw money over the counter but couldn’t as the amount wasn’t a multiple of 20 of 50.
More like a bunch of ATM machines instead of a branch, with service level to match.
Service extremely slow, the front desk staff didn’t remember what people waiting inline said and sent people to the wrong processing person, it just doubled the waiting time!

Reviews are true. Staff member halfway through said had to move desk and proceeded to just walk out. May have gone for coffee. Had to then wait for second staff member who apologised, rolled her eyes and then put on waiting list again
Dumb bank design with no dedicated teller, always expect a wait
Nice welcoming vibe with friendly staff, simple easy self serve atm's including change machines for those in a hurry to change some notes over.
Incompetent would be saying the least, Other reviews tell me this isnt a one off.
No one ever seems to answer the phone to this bank nor return your calls
