I tick 5stars, the only reason is the banker SALMAN , he is the best banker ever I meet in all different banks , his knowledge, kindness and passion, etc. all shows he is the best choice when u searching a good business banker

This is the second time it happened, which is why I'm writing a review. We went to the Berwick commonwealth bank branch to open an account. There was only one customer for the whole branch and the staff were waiting for somebody to arrive, literally unusually quite. But we were told they don't open accounts on the spot, need to come another day after making an appointment or do it online. Really? They don't want our business? Happily go to the NAB next door. So lethargic. The manager must be so ashamed of his staff's performance. Doesn't this branch represent the normal CBA standards? Is it a franchise????
Amazing customer experience. Great people who actually listen and ready to help you. Highly recommend this branch. We spoke to Charlene and she helped us with our request.
