An enquiry needs to be made into this service station.  Prices are consistently 30 cents higher on average to other BP stores on any given day.nnPumps are also slow and the store is consistently untidy with dirty floors.  One of the worst BP's in Melbourne.

Kindly tell your staff how to do pre pay. I had to scan my uber app and he was not able to do that. Never had such poor service at any BP in Melbourne

Ground is covered in diesel and petrol, very dirty and slippery. Makes it a dangerous place to walk in the wet, it's like walking on ice in certain shoes

I've been going to this station for about 5 years simply because it's close to home. It's one of the worst, if not THE worst petrol station I've been to in Victoria, and that's saying a lot. Prices are generally unreasonably high compared to neighboring petrol stations. Staff are apathetic at best and rude at worst. In five years of going to this station, I don't think I've been greeted once. Cashiers usually just silently gesture to the EFTPOS machine. I've been asked multiple times to pay for my fuel before they'd turn on the pump and when confronted about this, I was told by the staff that they thought I was likely to drive off without paying. I've been a customer here for five years! Whenever I fill up, I'm generally standing in a puddle of petrol or diesel as the floor never seems to get cleaned. I'm sick and tired of this and won't be going to BP Berwick for a long, long time. I hope BP puts the pressure on this station, but reading the reviews here, I doubt it...

Worst experience ever from a gas station. A rude chinese man running the cashier, he didn't  even know how to reply for a customer.  We ordered a hot chocolate and its only came with milk and water.  When we inform to that chinese man that running the cashier he didn't  even care about that. Bad customer service.
