I rarely rate any business this low. However,nextremely disappointed with the service at this CommBank branch. I had to wait over 40 minutes just to be seen by a staff member — completely unacceptable for a major bank. There were only a few people ahead of me, yet the line barely moved. No communication, no sense of urgency, and definitely not respectful of customers’ time. I expect better from a bank that promotes customer service as a priority.

Only good experiences with this Branch.  I am, by no means, the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to financial matters but Riddy is always able to talk me through everything in a way that I can wrap my head around.  Thanks to his excellent knowledge and proactive attitude, I feel like I'm finally on track to a secure financial future. Deadset legend.

I went in to set up a business account - Was sat down, waited for maybe 2 minutes, was served by a lady named Yang. She was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Such a seamless process! I did go at an off-peak time, but great service :

Exceptional service from staff, less than 5 minutes wait during peak holiday periods to see a specialist. Clean and large building, whilst individual branches can't dictate the entire Commbank service, it was a very encouraging experience

Riddy was incredibly helpful supporting us to work through the loan process. He made the process seamless, addressing all our questions and keeping us regularly informed. I'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for their next purchase - thanks again for all the help Riddy!
