Bentleigh branch : shilan amazing to deal with Called last week to discuss covid-19 loan repayment options, couldn't find a more compassionate, understanding, eager to assist consultant. Shilan took the time out to assist, told me she would call me back to see if BOM had further options avail. In her own time she called me back with info. Even as I made initial calls to bentleigh Br Anthony was my 1st contact. Again received personalised service. Liam  your staff are dedicated, committed & they practice customer care 100%  Southland branch  fobbed me off on  7-9-20 Telling me to check for updates & emails being sent.  Southland a great loss with  shilan being transferred, BOM NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER CARE FR BENTLEIGH

Drove here from Brighton coz the website said it was open, but it actually want. Why can't the lazy useless staff update the opening hours instead of purposely wasting people's time. Too concerned with holidays.

The officer called Riley Lenard was very kind and helpful. Nice service and hope can last for long term as well.

Poor service in regards to a new account enquiry. Staff member was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting.
