Customer service is majorly lacking. A simple enquiry requires you to scan a QR code to go in a virtual que even though there is an employee waiting there. Half the customers in there are elderly and dont know how to scan the QR code. Waited at least 30 minutes and the lady we saw didn't know what she was doing and was googling in front of us. Better off staying at home and trying to figure it out for yourself as that's what we had to go home and do so complete waste of time

This place feels like a retirement center. lots of elderly people walking around, which is understandable since they often struggle with using technology. No complaints against them, of course, but the branch is at fault for only having one teller. Waiting over an hour because two older ladies are ahead of me, while all I need is a simple withdrawal, is frustrating. They did renovations for what exactly?

Niddrie branch is apparently not an ADI authorised deposit-taking institution, and doesn't seem to participate in the Reserve Bank's damaged banknote claims service. So you can't swap out your damaged currency here.

The visit to this branch was very disappointing.  One staff member spoke to another member about my concerns openly in the branch for  all to hear and yet I was standing right there.  No privacy observed at all. I was also made to wait for an hour only to be told to make an appointment as if my time didn't mean anything. I heard other clients complain and all the staff did was complain  back. I'm never coming back here again. I don't usually review but this is definitely worth warming others about.  Head Office what's going on??

Customer service is not as good as it used to be. Servers at the door should be better trained.
