A good serviced branch of the Bendigo Bank which was nominated the most improved branch.nnYou will need to note the operating hours as it is closed during lunch time.
Great branch and helpful staff. Leanne in particular is great to deal with and always willing to help out. Very happy with my switch to Bendigo from the Conningyourwealth bank!
The WORST customer service I have ever received. The most unhelpful and dismissive staff. Drive that extra bit further and go elsewhere. Not even worth asking them a question unless you want to leave feeling like you're just a number.
Ladies behind the counter are slow to greet you. Had to ask for a bag to carry my coin bags. Even when asking for a bag for obvious reasons… to not stop them it was a big effort to get one
