Highly recommend! Catherine Ford went out of her way to accomodate a meeting with us at short notice and couldn’t be more helpful in assisting us to secure a home loan. Was very impressed.
I never thought I would be writing a great review for a bank...and yet I am. The staff in the CBA Charters Towers have gone past just customer service as we know it. They actually do care about you as a person, which is sooo rare. Special thanks to Catherine and Bernadette and cheers to everyone there!!
Worst commonwealth bank Qld I ever been to one atm outside always out of service & one atm inside which you CANNOT ACCESS after hours to do deposits ,, & dont bother trying get money on weekends via cardless cash 4 ever out service
