what a joke of a banch and branch.
Lead teller didn't even touch the coin machine

This is definitely one of my preferred branches for the Commonwealth Bank. Bonus coin counting machine to deposit any stockpile! 

There's ATMs in the front with all the functionality required for your personal or business transactions. Depending on the time of day, the queue for the teller can be annoyingly lengthy at times though but they're very thorough in addressing your needs when you reach your turn.

I opened my first account here and it was such a pleasant process that was without issues or pressure. The staff member attending me at that time was very helpful and very informative, ensuring I ended up with the best suited account for myself. 

As mentioned, there is also a coin counting machine at this branch for Commonwealth customers, so if you have a massive number of coins or otherwise large stockpile of coins, you can quickly have them counted and deposited into your Commonwealth Account. 

With all the stated reasons, there's nothing major not to love about this branch!
