As the Australian bank funding the greatest amount of polluting coal projects Commbank has demonstrated  it's complete disregard for climate change. 
The lack of climate change policy identifies it as short sighted and lacking any real concern for its customers current and future.

Went to get money out for a purchase and they told me to go onto my app and change my card limit and use the atm as I was about to ask how to do it the person walked off and helped someone else with something they are rude and do not help

Disgustingly rude tellers. Horrible service, couldn't do something as simple as change a few notes for smaller change. Kept messing it up, and making me line up THREE times just to get te right amount of 5$ as written on the change sheet. Absolutely appalling.
