Rosie was extremely helpful. I went on Saturday around 12, she advised me not to waiting in a long queue and visit on Monday morning, she also immediately recognised me and prioritised me skipping the queue. Rosie is very kind and nice.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service demonstrated by Branch Manager Luke.nnOver the past few years, I have had consistently excellent experiences with Michael Small, Manmeet, and Ashu. Their professionalism and customer-focused approach are the primary reasons I continued to return to this branch. Unfortunately, my recent experience—particularly while attempting to resolve issues with my home loan—has been the complete opposite.nnIt is deeply concerning that a Branch Manager, who should be setting the standard for professionalism, problem-solving, and composure, failed to handle the situation appropriately. In comparison, other staff members at the branch demonstrate far stronger customer service skills and a better understanding of how to manage client concerns.nnLeadership is about remaining calm under pressure, resolving issues effectively, and building customer confidence. In this instance, none of these expectations were met. If the Branch Manager is unable to display these fundamental qualities, it raises serious concerns about the standard of leadership within the branch.nnAfter four years with Commonwealth Bank, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the organisation. I am now seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
Super friendly staff, had a quick in and out. Had my account opned and money diposited and ready to go in about 20 mins. A very pleasant experience.
Hoa serviced me. Great customer service. Very happy that we got everything done. Only complaint is more chairs for customers would be advised standing for 50mins was rather difficult. Ideally some stools would be great as the desk is quite high.
