Absolutely pathetic customer service. Wanted to transfer funds to another bank. Was told to use netbank. Why would I be in a branch if I used netbank?  Was then told the teller was unable to perform the transfer and I would have to wait for someone else. They seem to think a teller is for 'telling' people to wait or use netbank.
I then waited for 20 minutes before leaving, opening an account with another bank and getting the transfer completed by a teller in under 5 minutes.

the staff were absolutely amazing, so thorough with the information and had to wait 5 mins max. I went back 2 days later and the staff greeted me by name! could not recommend more.

I have to wait for like more than one hour just to print my bank statement. There was no one to take care about this small thing, not happy with the staff.

Noon on a Monday. One teller with 6 people waiting plus 25 people sitting around waiting for appointments. Not good enough

days so far late with funding an approved loan and I have called a total of 20 times between 2pm and 4pm with no answer. Pathetic service.
