I am pleased to write this review for the Bank of Queensland Werribee branch. This boutique branch in a serene location on Watton street is a pleasant place to do business and banking. I walk in most of the time with many questions and the staff are so friendly that they have explained all my queries and listened to them attentively. They are up to date on the information and offer excellent and professional customer service. I would like to thank all the staff at BOQ Werribee in particular David, Charlotte, John, Sathish for their continuing support. We found the service provided to us by BOQ and by our banker, Ernie, has been exceptional. Through their help we were able to not only refinance our house on a lower rate but also use some equity to purchase our first investment property. Being first time investors, Ernie and the team at BOQ Werribee really took the time to guide us through the process and we were able to secure finance and pay our deposit within 3 weeks of contract signing. I recently visited the branch to talk about a home loan and few questions which were keeping me up in the night. The branch manager Satish was patient and hospitable to clarify all my queries and gave a few suggestions as well , as to how to go about buying a new property and things to look out for. I always had a very good experience dealing with this branch staff and Manager, their helping nature and product knowledge is very high, unlike the major big banks who treat the customers as numbers, these people treat their customers as family and follow-up time to time to check in any way they can help.
