Absolutely worst coustomer service I have ever experienced! Asked for term deposit rates and was told that the best they can do is the online rate even though previously being told by CBA on the phone that the branch can do better rates in person. After leaving I called CBA again and they confirmed that the branch could have called to get me a better rate and didn't do so even after I mentioned I'd be changing banks. I'll be off to a bank who actually provides their customers with coustomer service and not arrogance.
The most amazing woman Louise Senitton helped me with 2 accounts,moving money around and explained everything to me. Thankyou Louise,don’t ever leave Kawana,cheers Jo Dalby
Just entered the branch and spoke Jess and Louise. Every welcoming honest and helpful. We now be moving our business banking to them. Even made adjustments to our loan. Nice to have personalised service. Sorely lacking from the other bank.
I went into the branch two days in a row. Renae was fabulous - very helpful. When there the 1st day I observed a staff member who looked angry and fed up the whole time. The 2nd day I had the misfortune of being served by her. Sour, passive aggressive, complaining to other staff. Some people shouldn't be serving in the public.
Obviously don’t want new customers & enjoy have the title of worst bank for reviews 3 years running. Terrible attitude towards customers. Different rules for different branches. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Poor customer service from Vanessa. Very hostile demeanour when I was asking questions about my home loan. Clearly started off the week with an annoyance towards pesky customers. She needs to watch her facial expressions & underlying comments. Her customer service is lacking big time. Needs to stop being so intimidating & over confident in her approach. Am seriously thinking about switching banks after this last interaction.
Worst customer service ever from Tanya Murray. We asked her few questions and she rushed her answers and if we ask again she replied with negativity for us not understanding her. We asked for more details but she only made us more uncomfortable. They should be there to help customers who are having troubles not to make them uncomfortable. Have been with comm bank for years but, we had the worst customer services we have ever received. We are surprised that she is the branch manager and we recon comm bank needs to do something about it since we see lot's of negative comments online feeling the same way as us.
We have only been Customers 3 years and from day 1 have found the branch staff professional and helpful. Last Thursday we visited our Branch. Hayley the Customer Service officer was welcoming and happily helped Norm with a task not possible over the phone . Thankyou Hayley from Norm and I . Very much appreciated.
