The outdoor settings is best for the pandemic now as it is airy covered for rain so any day is good. What I like the most is that they actually check that one has signed in and not just leave it to the self discipline of the patrons. Food is above average pub food but of course the price reflects its location.

Advertised Sunday roast with seasonal vegetables, yorkshire pudding and gravy was served as non roasted lamb with pumpkin mash, beans, kale and pomegranate to 5 of our group. No valid reason given when management was asked. Sign advertising Roast remained at the bar.
Awesome place... randomly decided to stop in for a drink and a bite to eat and so glad we did because we feel like we've discovered a new place to come to! Food was served hot fresh and yummy, quick and friendly service and a huge selection of beers and ciders! We will be back soon!!
Best croquettes I've ever eaten and that's a big call. This place is the perfect summer venue with a large outdoor eating area and solid menu options. The inside was never amazing but it has been tastefully renovated in the last couple of years.
