We are so grateful!!!!!! We needed a home loan for our land very quickly and Michael was extraordinary!!!! Very poor technology and service. I was trying to deposit money through their ATM machine. It swallowed my money, which it did not deposit into my account and my card as well. I got a call from an employee from the branch saying that the matter was resolved and they would transfer the money that the machine took. It's been a week since I am still waiting on that money!
The worst teller service. So slow regardless what time of the day you come. Bare minimum tellers who work at snails pace. I only come to do my elderly fathers banking and get anxiety every time 7 ppl in front of me we haven't moved for 10 mins.
Just went and stood Inline for over 20minutes no one was serving the staff was walking around talking to each other. I ended up walking out and opening an account with anz
I just saw D.G and the amazing beautiful staff at CBA pacific Werribee and got my $2 coins I lost last night which roll under the banks main door from money exchange machine lol thank you so very much appreciated. And they all went the staff above and beyond to help me And what a lovely nice person D.G and the great professional staff are at CBA pacific Werribee where l do all my business banking. The world's worst bank to work with when it comes to business banking. Even after 15 attempts and 4 days of running erands to different branches, account hasn't opened, whereas with another bank, it only took two hours. The most irritating bank ever. It is frustrating and pointless to spend tens of hours on the phone and running to different branches. I'll close all of my accounts with this bank and never again visit there. If you message someone through the app, you will receive a response after half-hour. Business banking ....Avoid, avoid, avoid; this is not business-friendly banking,

We just dealt with the most wonderful young man Ak this morning at Pacific Werribee branch, helping my 15 year old daughter open her 1st bank account. He was patient and very helpful.
So bad trying to contact them. Still on hold for over an hour just trying to report a scam
The most wonderful concierge lady Blagica I may have misspelt the name. OMG such a radiant persona. I've met her twice with my banking queries & she was lovely both times. CBA's ray of sunshine for sure. Protect her at any cost
