Açai bowl was nice; the cheese in the toasty tasted odd. Service was good - the staff communicated the wait time upfront which was helpful. The smoothies were good, although pricey.
Combi is a super quirky cafe with an array of smoothies and vegan dishes. We have visited a few times over the years and have quite enjoyed the coffee and food we have tried. I don’t recommend if you don’t like raw vegan food or alternative milk as this place wouldn’t be for you!Recommended dishesSmashed Avocado, Peanut Butter Cup
Revisited Combi today. Pleasant surprise. Only time for coffee but free trade blend, cheerful, friendly and efficient staff made the experience enjoyable. Clearly an experienced barista served up our Cafe latte to the requested temperature. Next time l will take time to enjoy a smoothie which apparently they are famous for. The atmosphere is relaxed and reminds me of my own VW combie days. But it's not about me Go here you will like it. O yes they have newspapers. I love that.
I’ve been told they could do really good smoothies. I love dark chocolate so I’ve ordered the one with dark chocolate on it. My company ordered the one with the peanut butter. The place is super cute .. to be honest I didn’t really like my smoothie .. all I could taste was the banana and bits of dark chocolate bite .. The peanut butter was a bit too sweet for me .. Well at least I gave it ago
One of my favourite places in Elwood especially in summer. Their açai bowls are delicious and very refreshing. Technically a small cafe but it’s quite spacious inside and they have a good outdoor area. Very summer / holiday vibe, it’s really relaxing and you’ll feel like you’re in Bali. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Highly recommend.
Delicious healthy food here! The place is cozy, but is designed very well. The girls here know exactly what they are doing. Our foods presentation was beautiful and had the deliciousness to match! I only wish I had more time to try more things on the menu. If you're around, definitely try to visit. Even just for a coffee, you won't be a disappointed.
Used to be a lot better. They are cutting corners on the Acai bowls as it's mostly frozen mashed berries not actually Acai so it doesn't really taste of anything. Toasties are $15 now which is a lot for 2 peices of bread, tomato and cheese.
Delicious food and a lot of healthy/ vegan options. I had the blueberry cheesecake and The Combi Vegan, both were really good.
The service is awful, the girl who makes coffee completely ignoring you and there is no one at the cashier to get your order while it’s so many stuff around inside and outside. Even though the smoothies are good
Food ok. Pad Thai was quite creamy. My partner's toasted ham sandwich was poor, little favour due to lack of filling only tasted the sesame seeds on the bread. Service slow also bearing in mind it was mostly raw. Miss
