This afternoon I witnessed an incident that shocked me.nEileen, a checkout operator was rude and aggressive to a customer who attempted to open a barrier at the self checkout. Eileen shouted at the shopper in a manner thatnwas both disgraceful and unbecoming. The customer was embarrassed and intimidated.nIn my opinion Eileen needs to sharpen her customer service skills, and perhaps, be given a refresher in respectful interaction. She is, after all, in a front facing role.
Not a fan of the face camera at check outs or extra gates locking you in. If theft is such a problem at self checkouts, how about employ staff at registers? Things are going downhill quickly
Incredible Tomatoes. Finally. My wife bought these tomatoes from Coles that actually taste like home grown Tomatoes. I am sure they have never stocked these before, and glad they now do. Please please Coles keep stocking these.
