It should be a 0 star with 0 service attitude. Staff are arrogance, sloppy and unfriendly. I am not surprised after dealing with their so-called manager who seriously got this high-handed attitude who thinks customers owe him a living!!nnBy the way, if you want to lodge a complaint, they dare you to go ahead because the Coles website does not facilitate your feedback. Even if you managed to lodge your complaint, they would not be bother to respond.nnLastly, be warned of the so called Coles Gift card where you are 'treated' like a fraudster! The Coles staff will not assist you when their machines fail! You need to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the gift card! This is utterly rubbish from a so called reputable supermarket whose Coles staff do not know what is a gift card!
Great place to shop, but customer service was appalling. The young guy ,no greeting, spent time checking is phone watch, we had to pack our own groceries. Very sad.
