I had a wonderful interaction with a staff member in the bakery. I asked Daniel what bakery product he would recommend, he told me that the cinnamon donuts are exquisite, and let me tell you my tongue exploded with flavour in the first bite, please give this man a raise for his hard work. He told me he'd always wanted to be a trolley boy, please give this hard working man this position!

Everytime i went to Deli & Meat section,nNo one understand what i request how to slice and pack.nFinally found the guys name Matt in Coles.nHe did amazing job.nHe did what i ask for, and he did with smile no complain or mumbling, not likes others.nGreat job!

Wow what a great coles, the staff are friendly thank you to the younger brunette girl on the checkouts tonight Wednesday April 1 around 8:50pm who was friendly and provided great customer service. Not many Coles still have a register open at that time of night. Great stock too way better than Coles Morayfield or big fish we travel further to here for a better shopping experience.

A red hair staff who works there was pushing a massive trolley very fast and almost hit my baby as I was coming out of the aisle. Even though I was pushing my pram slowly and politely said 'sorry' to her, she just stared at me with an angry face and made a sound ‘huh' without apologizing. She was extremely rude!!

Great store.  It was busy when we were there but was clean and tidy.  Good helpful staff who were happy to assist.  No complaints from The Review Queen.
