Great store.  It was busy when we were there but was clean and tidy.  Good helpful staff who were happy to assist.  No complaints from The Review Queen.

Efptos still down a day later. Our cards worked at other retailers at Westfield. Staff were only telling customers at check out. Wasted a hour shopping to be declined.. maybe some signs as you walk in hey? Especially the day after

Very rude and arrogant staff, don’t even bother to check stock at the back, they think people are free, they can come anytime to shop. If it’s not on the shelf no we don’t have stock, I requested, can you please check at the back. No if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it. So after few minutes asked another person , he went back and got it for me. Thanks to him but not all the staff are the same. Not everyone values others time. Also while checkout one item scanned wrong price I told the girl that it’s not right price, it was displayed something else, she didn’t even offer to check the price just took it off from the item scanned.

None of the staff operated checkouts were open. NONE. I was forced to use the self serve checkout which I hate, because now I'm doing their work and not getting a staff discount. Worse than that, I watched two staff observe an old man who was struggling with the self serve checkout. They did nothing, just watched. If this is how they're going to operate I'll get my shopping done elsewhere.

They don't say 'buy something before' withdrawing cash at this supermarket. A staff soon comes if he/she sees you standing at the service desk.  It's a great stop when you need cash. Donate if you can to support the  fund raising they sometimes  have. Thank you Coles!
