Really disappointing experience at Coles Kedron. Staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. Bakery ignored me until a manager stepped in, bread handled without proper hygiene, and deli service was outright unfriendly. Checkout was worse, no greeting and a half-smoked cigarette sitting where groceries were scanned, with zero concern from staff. Only positive was the helpful manager. Won’t be back.
Even though it's the most convenient supermarket to reach for me, I often avoid shopping there because the staff are extremely obnoxious about scanning heavy items for you at the self-service I assume to ensure you paid for it. To the point where one staff member actually tried to take the handheld scanner out of my hand to try and scan an item that they thought I'd missed when I'd already scanned it. It doesn't feel like customer service, it feels like they think you're trying to steal it.
One of the easiest Coles Stores to get around and easy to find the produces you want. The Staff there are Friendly and Very Helpful.. Heaps of Carparks underneath Coles in Lower Carpark, Top Carpark really only gets full at peak times but you will definitely get one in the lower carpark. 100% Reaconens
I came in on Saturday and there was a lovely young girl high school age at the deli with a long brown braid. she was so lovely and helped me when i couldnt find some cheese. she left a really positive impression on my whole week and i will forever be in her debt. i wish i got her name. edit: came back and found out her name is samara!
I have lived in Kedron area for years now and this Cole’s almost always has empty shelves, all in departments. Restock team needs to get sacked or more team members added to it because they consistently fail to keep up with demand.
