I have lived in Kedron area for years now and this Cole’s almost always has empty shelves, all in departments. Restock team needs to get sacked or more team members added to it because they consistently fail to keep up with demand. Image attached is just a fractional insight into what this shop looks like on a regular basis
If you need to grab something easy and quick during the morning, forget about. Express self check out not open until 10am most of the days. 2026 and what's the excuse?
The inside Coles is ok except there is never any staff for help and don’t get me started about the checkouts. There is also one deli lady who is always extra unfriendly. But really I came to say the complex itself is the worst thing. The carkpark is always filled with rubbish, the bathroom is filthy, all the car stoppers where you park are broken, broken blocks on the fence. It’s really disgusting.
What a joke of a supermarket.nNot a single checkout register open.n$350 worth of groceries scanned and bagged myself, amongst ques of other shoppers. Would never recommend this coles to anyone doing a weekly shop.
Coles at Kedron is well maintained store compared to some other Coles store. It's big and well laid out.nDue to covid19 some isles were empty.nnCompared to Coles at Chermside some items were expensive at Coles at Kedron.nnEDIT AUG 2024nnColes Kedron car park is one of the dirtiest car park in Australia. Both some staff and customers buy food from Hungry Jacks or KFC across the street then after eating they throw the food packaging, drink cup on the floor and stay there for some time. This has been ongoing for more than 2.5 years.
