Absolutely love Aldi, there's always something useful or super cool there. Love all the special buys and the prices of everything. The staff are always awesome and the self serve is so easy and fast
Bought an espresso machine, milk frother & Pods based on reviews in Choice magazine. Very impressed with the price and the taste. Store is great has self serve checkouts which I wasn’t aware of previously return customer here for sure. You do need to pay for a trolley of course. Great range unbeatable prices.
NO STARS IF I COULD - really poor service Aldi - fix your sign that says opens at 8:30 am - Google says 9:00 am - you are letting your customers down standing around for 30 minutes waiting for you to open is very bad for your image - note, the elderly folk waiting since 8:30 am
Had an encounter with an exceptionally rude female staff member dark hair, middle age, tattoos regarding a simple enquiry. She was most unhelpful & in my opinion seemed to delight in trying to humiliate me to a colleague on her headpiece. If only she realised that she was there in a customer service role & doesn’t get to go home any earlier by avoiding the two minutes it would have taken to provide me with the information I requested.
Great prices on groceries but selection of other goods were a little short on availability due to demand
