I was helped by the lovely Lilly today in the self check outs. She was so genuinely kind and willing to help me with a complicated check out. She was also able to handle multiple people asking her for help at the same time while keeping her friendly attitude and composure. I can tell she authentically is a kind person and not just putting on a customer service persona.
Nice big,clean,store!!Very busy,it was nice to see fully stocked shelves!Coles is coles just a nice big one and unfortunately tucked away at the very end of the centre,so unless you like a walk park closest to the coles entrance!
On an online order the staff swapped a vegan product for a non vegan product, when there are other vegan options available. Called up to advise them of the mistake, the staff member was rude and refused to acknowledge the mistaked. No apology from the staff and refused to help.nnThe staff I spoke with is clearly bad at her job and unwilling to assist with actual problems made by her team.
Just a heads up.nnI know that the supermarkets are getting a bit of a bad wrap at the moment and it's no need to take it out on the staff members but I wanted to share my story.nnOn Monday at Coles Robina I went to purchase two items. They didn't scan so the staffer said I could just pay a set amount. I agreed but thought it was a bit high but needed the items. I retained all receipts and pictures as I then went to another Coles to check and sure enough the price they came up with was well over 30% more than the real price so the price they made up was completely wrong.nnI tried calling the store but the number doesn't work. Tried multiple times. No one ever available.nI wrote to Coles online but they said they can't help.nI finally got through to the store where they then disrespected me with a pretty average attitude and said I wasn't the person on the cctv and that they'd got multiple different stories.nnI wrote once to Coles customer care and gave a full account with all photos etc, which was all pretty clear and concise though you'd expect them to be able to rectify but they have refused to. The store knows about the issue but won't refund me. It's totally absurd. The store doubling down on their mistake is just so embarrassing.nnI just can't believe the nerve of these billionaire companies ripping off and scamming everyday Aussies. So beware, Coles Robina will make up a price, overcharge you and even when they realise their mistake they will not refund you. How is that fair?nThe disrespect is insane.
Meeting a friend for coffee, so just popped in to grab a few things on my list. That car park is a nightmare, and that is why I stopped shopping there! Prefer to shop somewhere else, where parking is not an issue!!!
