Lot of staff replenishing stock today. This store has 3 entrances. One thru a mall, one on Camden St and one from the rear ? carpark area. Plenty parking. Don't forget coins for the trolley. Express checkouts looked closed off with pallets and trolleys parked there. So use either self-checkout or normal checkouts. EDIT: Watch for trucks blocking carpark. This guy just parked here for ages. Block all ingress & egress.
Love their selection of bread, coffee, teas and.. ice cream!
Great as always, a good variety of products. Try and avoid Sunday as that is when it is totally busy. Staff are all helpful and friendly
I came into Cole’s to find some meringue nests for a dinner party tomorrow evening. I spoke to over 3 colleagues who didn’t even know what a meringue was and couldn’t help me. No one bothered to check stock, ask another colleague. 2 of them didn’t even understand what I was trying to say. I ended up being extremely frustrated and ended up leaving. No customer service whatsoever.

The male staff at the self-check-out this afternoon was not very helpful. I bought some grocery and a coles mobile sim card, but was told that flybuy dollar could not be used. Is it true or this staff just could not be bothered to do split payment?
Complete options and food sections. Reachable and big parking lots. Many discounted items with good quality.
Its not bad, it probably needs an update. The new baskets are clunky and hard to carry. Lots of parking but very full unless you go early. They brought back the old baskets, hooray!!
Nice big shopping area. Lots of food takeout section. Kosher food aisle. Not sure why the front of store looks so nice while outside towards evening hour's, it looks like a homeless shelter. Overall it's safe to shop during the day. Lots of outdoor parking. And there's a barber shop right there
Quite a messy store, cigarette counter is always unoccupied and is a hassle to get service, deli section is nice although wearing a hairnet or hat it seems is optional. Overall quite a big store and well stocked
