Coles Springvale is a mid-sized supermarket that offers a solid range, including a decent freezer section. In recent years, the deli has disappeared, but the replacemeny bakery section is a stand out. Great customer service and a modern clean layout. Plentiful parking makes this an easy weekly shop location. There's no bottle shop at this location
Staff turnover here is constant every month it feels like an entirely new team. Unfortunately, some staff act like scanning groceries is doing customers a favor. Let’s be clear: we’re paying for our groceries, not asking for charity. Professionalism matters if you’re here to work, do the job well without the attitude. If customer service isn’t for you, get the skills and training for a role you’ll enjoy.
Extremely unhappy with the customer service during my Click & Collect experience. I tapped “I’ve arrived” correctly, yet when I called the store, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and ended the call abruptly by hanging up. This behaviour was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Never buy gift cards by them i brought a visa gift card and someone use it ….. more than 4 times i had come to the store for refund the money ,,the team members don’t know how to handle this they are passing the ball to each others
