3x delivery orders in the past week. First one was not delivered and told it would be 2 days late or to drive 45 minutes in to pick it up. Groceries were needed, so we picked them up. When brought out, queried lack of refrigerated items. Told it was all there. Drove home 45 minutes to find lots of items missing. Contacted them and luckily given credit. Second order used the credit of the missing items and a promotion offered because it was such a large order. This order was cancelled because of some sort of issue at Coles. Contacted Coles to be recredited the missing items and the promotion that was never processed. Told they have already been used. Cannot use them again and cannot credit them even though never used. They are happy to take our money and not provide the product. What a shambles. We are a large family with a large grocery budget. Pick up your game Coles. Provide the credit you owe us and refund the money you have. We might consider ordering through you again, but you need to improve or loose a good customer.
Had to wait 2mins for a matured aged lady named Judy to finish reading the Sunday newspaper while myself & a man were wanting to be served. Come on Judy how about doing that in your morning tea break. Not a good look.

A great place for all your shopping needs
Rude customer service at self service , this lady acts like as if she is in some special force job!! Interfering as soon as I am at self service telling what to scan first rudely !!! Come on hold on lady I didn’t even asked you for help !!! I know how to scan items and what to scan first !!! This is not for the first time in this store , I have experienced same few times. I normally let it go as we regularly visit this store , but this isn’t cool lady. You better be nice to customers and have a SMILE on your face !!! Hope I don’t see this pathetic service next time - happened on Friday evening 14/03/2025 at 5:30pm.
