Staff member in the deli is the rudest most horrible staff member you have hired here. Dont know her name but she wears a shirt with cut off sleeves, was waiting patiently with number in hand and she served others without tickets and then when i told her it was unnacceptable she told me well I am here now so does that make you happy, then continued to argue with me instead of apologizing I called the duty manager who was too busy to serve customers as she was washing up and the rude staff member kept speaking. Then when i finally got served she began speaking about me to the next customer/ I have been shopping for years but the last six months the staff hired are rude arrogant and disrespectful. Will never be shopping there again.

Does exactly what you'd expect from a Coles supermarket. It's well stocked and has aisles wide enough for two carts. Sometimes produce stock is a bit low though

Good staff. They stock regularly and we do get most of what we want in one shop. Though most of the times the self checkout counters are not working. Sometimes end up waiting longer than necessary just to pay.

Very accessable supermarket in Manor Lakes. Has a wide variety of items on sale. Very clean shop and super friendly staff. Liquorland is right next door. Part of an arcade of specialty shops including Indian supermart, chemist and a doctors clinic.

Stays open till late so is very useful if you need something at night, friendly and helpful staff + great variety of items in the store.
