When dozens of cars are waiting for the best fuel price in town, and you block most of them from driving in with your tin trolley, spend half an hour looking for the fuel tank key that your mate forgot to give you, are of course short of fuel, in peak hour for traffic, late to visit him at the hospital - tault of your ex -, ended up in far away wrong suburb via a new express tunnel due to Siri’s misdirection, must give the car back to his ex in less than three impossible hours, and you are in the process of moving house and must report to the police by eight.nnThen it’s easy:nYou know it’s only the beginning.nYou just don’t know yet what shet will hit your fanny nnTherefore, a good five stars to the wonderful patience & accommodation of the servo’s staff & custos!nnI’ll come back to try the fuel:!
Very disappointing to walk into this supermarket behemouth and while living in australia to experience what can only be called - culturally dismissive and depreciating service. Read why I rated this Coles supermarket a lowly one star;nnCustomer service; I came here in the evening between the hours of 8:45pm and 9pm and the young, girl who served me in the assisted check-out counter was not wearing the official Coles uniform. Secondly, the young person seemed to be unaware of how we greet people in Australia i.e. there was no usual greeting like, hello, how are you? good evening etc. Thirdly, the young person did not assist me to pack my goods into the shopping bags that I provided. Lastly, the young person seemed to be more interested in the young man in the automated check-out area and talked over me, completely ignoring me, while a senior woman was behind her talking to her my immediate thoughts were, my goodness there are two of you, and still you don't help, nor do you greet me in accordance with the traditional values we hold in Australia, and for which Coles has made a brand-name around.nnIn summary, the young check-out person was dismissive, rude, un-friendly and downright unhelpful. Worst coles. Trolly bay always empty. 10am Monday morning no trollies.
One of the worse customer service store.n1 staff is not helpfuln2 staff is buys and does not time and patient to address customer concernn3 don’t place a online order to this store - no one worries about youn4 worse thing is store manager is even worsenI hope this post will help others to make a decision
South Asian female worker thought my sister and I were stealing I spent over 200 dollars very disappointing. Just because the machine made a mistake and said we didn’t scan something when we in fact did. He stood there monitoring us and I told her we werent stealing I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.
