Great for your needs but there is no reception. It’s hard to watch YouTube in store. Impossible to watch h Netflix. Don’t recommend for watching your favourite shows but shopping is good I guess
Very disappointing to walk into this supermarket behemouth and while living in australia to experience what can only be called - culturally dismissive and depreciating service. Read why I rated this Coles supermarket a lowly one star;nnCustomer service; I came here in the evening between the hours of 8:45pm and 9pm and the young, girl who served me in the assisted check-out counter was not wearing the official Coles uniform. Secondly, the young person seemed to be unaware of how we greet people in Australia i.e. there was no usual greeting like, hello, how are you? good evening etc. Thirdly, the young person did not assist me to pack my goods into the shopping bags that I provided. Lastly, the young person seemed to be more interested in the young man in the automated check-out area and talked over me, completely ignoring me, while a senior woman was behind her talking to her my immediate thoughts were, my goodness there are two of you, and still you don't help, nor do you greet me in accordance with the traditional values we hold in Australia, and for which Coles has made a brand-name around.nnIn summary, the young check-out person was dismissive, rude, un-friendly and downright unhelpful. Stay tuned, I will be back in the store to see if this young person and the service warrants a higher star rating next time.nnBefore you go, Please click like and follow me on Google reviews, I am a local Google reviewer who provides this free review for members of the local community.
Had a full trolley of shopping and needed a checkout. No-one was there. When the worker returned I asked if he was able to open the register. He made a 'no sale' sign with his hands and walked off. I had couldn't scan my entire trolley full of stuff at the self checkout and I was in a hurry by that stage so I put all the meat and cold items back into a meat fridge and left. Really disappointed as I've had much better experiences at this store. It's not the workers fault. There need to be more staff on to make sure everything can operate.
Big shop. Good for Halal meat lovers!! You will find middle easterns food and Indian food too. Team members are great.
there are never ever any registers open, you will need to scan your entire trolley full of things yourself, but you wont get paid for it. staff here seem to be & favour a certain demographic, so if you are not one of them prepare to be disregarded. most of the staff have basically no customer service skills, they offer no help nor say hello, or acknowledge your existence unless you are from their homeland. sad but true.nthe most frustrating & painful shopping experience every single time.
