A basic supermarket, but the fresh produce is pretty good. The meat section could do with more choice. The staff are helpful and friendly.
the small short hair old lady was very rude and extremely crazy. i forgot to put my masked on and this horrible lady keep asked me without let me to put my mask on. then i saw plenty of other people who didnt put their mask on and she wasnt evem screaming. hellooooooo you dont need to shouting at me, at least you gave me 2 minute to put my mask on instead of you were yelling at me, you saw me that my hand was fully of shopping bags. she thinks she owned that iga. fmdddd
Selling Stone sour dough for almost a dollar more than the Delhi right in front of it. Selling small goods some $5 more than Woolworths. When I let them know the staff could not be bothered, and stated, well that’s our price in a rude tone. You don’t say...... Super rip off.
Place is a mess and looks like not looked after. Heard it closing down and coles is coming. Not a surprise as since franklins changed hands many years go this IGA hasn’t been the same and looks like it’s time has come.
Easy access. No competition for this store in the immediate area. Closest wollworths is a fair walk so this place is very convenient. They have a wide range, the customer service is very good and the checkouts are quick. I've never had a problem here, it's a good convenient grocery store.
Careful shoppers!!! this IGA is selling rotten mushrooms and spoiled cornetto mini ice-cream. They wanted to refund for the mushroom only $3 but for the ice-cream, they won’t refund. Never going to shop again. Thanks for spoiling our dinner plan
So happy to give it a try. Used to get all of my grocery from Woolworths, but decided to give IGA a try and I wasn't disappointed. You can find most of your groceries in affordable price. They have many half prices offers. They even have many products which aren't there in Wollies, such as Steggles and Muscle Chef, Sunfield,... The only point to be improved is the rewards program. I know they started it soon. However, every time I can't find rewards cards in the store
Senior staff member questioning guy who didn't sign into store properly... He started to mouth off at her she stood her ground and told him sign in properly or get out of the store.... Good to see as that IGA is in a hot spot
It’s a nice quiet supermarket a bit smaller than Woolworths but they have some unique products especially in the fridge sections. The staff are very friendly other than that one grumpy loudmouth old lady always on the big registers.
