Been there at 9.45pm, seeing staff filling up the shelves. How satisfying! I mean, not only all the shelves are full now, but every single bottle is facing out. Thanks the team for the good work. They are working by heart have a good night!
Wonderful help from staff this morning, helping with what I thought was a simple exchange but wasn’t. Your staff member went above what was probably necessary to help me out. Thank you.
Small but cheerful everything in one spots the only minus is no bakery .
Was just in Coles Mentone waiting for automatic doors to open and reading signs on the door to see if there was a reason it didn't open. A employer came to the door and absolutely abused me about trying to open doors. It was totally inappropriate, yelling and moving closer to me which l just couldn't believe. I reported him to the girl at cigarette counter and also lady watching auto payment counter. The lady at cigarette counter said she wondered who was yelling. It was him. I am so upset about his attitude, he needs to be dealt with.
Parking up front on Mentone Parade is 1 hour, otherwise you’ll find plenty out back. The store is showing it’s age when you compare it to say Woolworths at Thrift Park, but I have to say the staff here is top notch. Not sure the name of the lady that works at the Self serve checkout at night, but she is an exceptional worker and highly rated, so special shout-out to her.
