Great store, unfortunately on a Sunday morning they only have 1 person working on the Deli. The line becomes huge! It's not the staff members fault. It'd a management fault. I ended up buying my deli items from the local deli in the same shopping centre.
Still never enough staff on, long queues at the one open if you’re lucky register. AI driven gates at the self serve exit at a literal death trap if the power goes off for anyone with mobility problems. This store is an absolute last resort if there’s something I can’t get elsewhere. Everything about the store reeks of gloom, the staff all look tired and depressed, the “fresh” produce looks like it’s all been left in the sun to wilt. The wheels of the corporate duopoly machine just keep on churning whilst the rest of us suffer.
Great store. Staff are always friendly and their click and collect experience is always professional and super quick!
Very bad customer service at the local chemist warehouse, if you ask the staff members just about the location of an item or product they don't even want to answer or help you just to find it,very agressive female staff today,wonder how they got recruited with such bad customer service skills
Nice range of bread, pastries and cakes. More so than Coles in low socioeconomic areas. Very little Coles brand, budget price options. Catering for the well heeled locals.
