Worst Coles that i've been to today. Don't sell any of the essentials like butt plugs, and I was to distracted to steal anything because the worker Andrew was looking so gorgeous I couldn't focus. To make things worse, I was already in a bad mood after my workout at the leisure centre because my brother Jerome was pinned to the bench by his personal trainer Gary who then began kissing him. I heard extremely concerning noises from the store room, and saw people leaving it without any clothes on, followed by angry looking workers.
Good enough but to get offers on some best prices you have to sign up and then their sales engine pesters you mercilessly
i can barely give this a one star because of the new renovations and the new lay out of the the store i lost my child the new confusing layout cause my to lose my kid please send him to the nearby police station as i haven't seen him in 3 days now im getting very worries now he is 23 years old weighs around 500 pounds and likes cheeseburgers.
Update July 2025:nMassive overhaul to the store now, massively improved. Still with the gates at the exit and not enough staff, but otherwise things are at least clean and a bit more organised. And the trolley locks are gone again.nnPreviously: Still never enough staff on, long queues at the one open if you’re lucky register. AI driven gates at the self serve exit making it resemble a high tech prison yard. This store is an absolute last resort if there’s something I can’t get elsewhere. Everything about the store reeks of gloom, the staff all look tired and depressed, the “fresh” produce looks like it’s all been left in the sun to wilt. The wheels of the corporate duopoly machine just keep on churning whilst the rest of us suffer.nnUpdate Aug 2024: If things couldn’t get any more dire here they’ve added locks to all the trolleys, the store is half construction zone and they had just two poor one staff members to manage the prison yard and the service desk and it was BUSY. Plus the floors are now all scuffed and dirty, adding to the aesthetic of a post-apocalyptic cattle yard. This is like the Siberia of Coles stores where they send people for punishment, I swear.
A very mediocre Coles. It was already worse than the neighboring Woolies across the road, but the recent changes of having coin-operated trolleys along with the stupid gated self-checkouts that force a printed receipt on you are just icing on this sour cake.
