The cleanest petrol station i have seen in MANY YEARS!! We stopped here on our way north  not for fuel as had filled up at home prior to our trip....but to use the bin and clean the front windscreen.nLet me tell you the window washer buckets had amazing blue sudds soap in it rather than the dirty black water you usually see and plenty of paper towels as well as lemon scented wet ones!!nJust incredible and clean.nI walked in and complimented the night staff member and said what an amazing petrol station and well done....its just amazing and clean.nSo this review it a compliment to the amazing night staff that does his job and he should be proud of how well he does his job as its noticed im sure by many people that fill up there

I go to all Shell Coles express for the great coffee and they have the cleanest machine in New South Wales. Also the newest and perfect squeegees to do your car windows with. The store is very neat and clean and you can tell they really look after this Coles compared to any other calls I've been to

Went there to get cash out and bought some product to support ‘local business’…well I won’t be tricked there again.nnWouldn’t even give these people a star…Bought a sandwich and 2 Gatorades just literally to get some cash out rather than go to the bank, I’ll support a small biz. Well you can’t get more than $50. Okay fine, felt bad because I had already grabbed things off the shelves. Bought them anyway and was charged the $13.50 as attached.nThen I decided I’ll use the ATM and cop the atm fee, whatever. Did that and took my $100 out, I actually only needed $75 to pay my cleaner.nSo I just asked the attendant if I could please swap $50 for 2 x $20 and 2 x $5….he just looked at me and shook his head. I’m 38 weeks pregnant by the way, went to the bother of coming to their business to help them out instead of using a free ATM or Bank. So I thought, that’s it. If you Can’t be nice for one customer who just spent in your store for no reason, you don’t deserve my business. Decided I want my money back and they can take the drinks and sandwich I’ve had them in my hand less than 5 minutes.nnGot home and he short change refunded me and only processed $11.30!! It’s not a was of cash but seriously this was the last straw so here I am to warn other pregnant or not ladies that you will be taken advantage of in there!!nnAVOID LADIES!! Obviously a very bitter shop attendant and has a problem of some description, also sending Coles a formal complaint about fraudulent refunds! Unbelievable how I was treated honestly so unfriendly and not a community minded business.

Great customer service. Had a bad predicament with a food poisoned partner, who made a vomit mess. Rushed in for help and lady behind the counter gave me cleaning wipes to help. Also very glad they sell ajax spray and wipe.
