Hello? Is it hard to train your employees to respect your customers? This happened 10 minutes ago: I walked in to pay my fuel politely. “Hello, number 6 please.” After dealing with the customer before me, he looked at me in a rude face, and I thought maybe he’s just too tired from the workload, which is understandable because we all have had a tired day in our life. I paid cash and he said this loud enough in front of me “oh I’m so sick of people paying cash.” I didn’t say a single word because there were some other customers waiting in the line and I didn’t want to argue with him, which is pointless and what I’m going to receive is his fake apology with a rude face. Very very disrespectful and rude towards a customer. Please, either train your employees well so that they know how to respect customers, or, legit just cancel the cash payment option. What takes it so difficult to put a cash amount in and finding notes for a provided amount. NOT EVEN ASKING YOU TO DO A COLUMN SUBTRACTION!!!!
Always coffee machine not work don’t have time to refill milk just put sign out of order
