Been a customer few weeks now, just want to say big thanks to the staff by the name of Stefan. You were great help in assisting and fulfilling my queries on the things I need in a hurry. Highly recommended if you need anything quickly. Great convenience store, overall great staffs and services without a doubt.

I went there recently and the shop must have been renovated. It’s looks very inviting, great range of international snacks, fantastic customer service by the German guy and coffee was way better than expected!

It was my first time return parcel from Amazon, I checked parcel point and sure this was same shop and address. I wasn’t sure if they need to check my parcel first so I didn’t seal it, at first I asked the guy wearing glasses he said I can dropped off my parcel there but need to real my parcel at first, I said I will come back after that. And asked him if it was free He seems like doesn’t wanna waste his time bc it’s free. He told me rudely here is not a parcelpoint, let me go to other shop near William ST. So don’t bring your AMAZON return parcel there.it will waste your time and his time.  The owner replied me ‘parcelpoint is not free service.’ Seems they don’t know this matter.It’s free and I went to the other parcelpoint shop they accepted my parcel and didn’t charge me any dollar,once they scanned my code my return get it back immediately.
