Staying in Belmont for two night , and this is the place who let us enjoy the cheapest groceries compare to others. We preparing our dinner night by night by use bought some vegetable , eggs, bacon , and pizza in this groceries . Clean place and reasonable pricing , I like Coles so much !
Usually shop in here. Always a parking spot nearby and the supermarket is generally well stocked. The customer service is great and I would like to thank Clem for her persistence in helping me find something that was only in stock in another store elsewhere in Geelong.
I purchased on line order for 3 items ...nI get my message items are ready to collect...nWhen I go to collect I have 2 full size items and 1 half size ...nThe young guy on the counter can only work with the tools he is provided with not his fault ...
I shopped here on Sunday the 29.10.2023, I don't usually shop at this store but I was served by a lovely young lady named Crystal, she was very helpful and made the whole experience great. she made sure my bags were packed correctly and that they weren't too heavy for me as I'm not so young as I once was. She was very personable and we got chatting away while she scanned and gave me great customer service. Definitely recommend shopping here especially if you get Crystal, I wish her all the best and that her daughters first birthday is special. Thank you for something more than a basic shopping experience.nnRegards Wayne.
What can you say about a company the has very little staff and a barrier on the exit that dosnt let you out. INVEST IN STAFF and not ripping people of with extraordinary high profits
